Easy and Free Way to Build Relationships with Colors.

quiz, free, Relationships, colors, mom, single
One of the best things you can do for yourself and those around you is know yourself. When you become a mom this is hard your world becomes all about another person and your identity becomes about your child. Learning just a little bit about yourself can open the doors to rediscovering who you are.

I have been working on relearning who I am.  I wrote a post about knowing what makes me happy anymore and this stems from the fact that I have become all mom and that is it. Outside of reevaluating what is important to me I have also started taking small quizzes like What color are you?
I do not inherently believe that the quiz  knows people but I do believe that this quiz gives you a chance to reflect on yourself.  Here are my results.

you are paleturquoise
#AFEEEE

Your dominant hues are green and blue. You're smart and you know it, and want to use your power to help people and relate to others. Even though you tend to battle with yourself, you solve other people's conflicts well.

Your saturation level is low - You stay out of stressful situations and advise others to do the same. You may not be the go-to person when something really needs done, but you know never to blow things out of proportion.

Your outlook on life is bright. You see good things in situations where others may not be able to, and it frustrates you to see them get down on everything.
the spacefem.com html color quiz

Of all the online quizzes I have taken this one is one of the most accurate. I spent a while reflecting on it and realized this color tells the world a bit about who I am. I would love for others to take the quiz and tell me what color they get. Please do not fill out the quiz on what you think you should be or what others think just be you. Also try doing this with a friend, family member, or romantic partner try opening up a dipper dilong about one another.

  1. That part about becoming all mom brings back memories for me. It's part of how we express our deep commitment to parenting our kids, but it's for sure a slippery slope. Paying attention to it works. Now. Off to take the quiz!

  2. As a single mom with an almost 20 year old and a 17 year old, I know what you're feeling. I have spent the last 20 years taking care of my children and being a mom. I have been a single mom for 7 years! Over the course of the past 2-3 years, I have been trying to rediscover myself and who I am. Although sometimes, I wonder if I haven't hit some kind of mid-life crisis. This all seemed to start when I turned 40. I'll be 44 in October! I loved your post!!

    1. Thank you, I think its just that your children are older. They don't need you as much leaving you to winder who you are outside of them... I am hoping to avoid that when my son is older by working on it now LOL.
