Noah's Been Sick but He Has His CozyPhones (Review)

Let’s talk about what has been going on in the world of Noah. He started daycare the week I went back to work full time that has been a nightmare. Noah did a lot of crying and nearly four weeks later he is still having a bit of a hard time with daycare. As if that was not enough he got sick, and I mean VERY sick, Noah never gets sick past a few days. He usually gets a cough here and a fever there but is always fully functioning. However, on May 29th he started throwing up (and did this for over a week) and after two ER visits, a doctor’s visit, and missing three days of work they said it was just a virus he was having a hard time getting rid of. I still only half believe this, while Noah is not throwing up he has had a cough for almost three weeks.  Anyways, one thing has been getting me through this and that is CozyPhones Kids Headband Headphones.

*This is a sponsored post, I received an item for this post. However, all opinions and views are my own.*
As you can tell by the disclaimer this is a review and one that I am very excited about. To give a bit of information the headphones are fleece, the wires are in the back (love that), and the cozyphones come in different styles that are really cute and fun. They are made by a company called HaloAcoustic Wear. They sell through Amazon and have 4.4 (out of five) rating.

Noah’s Reaction

I got these headphones in the mail the weekend Noah got sick (the day he started throwing up). Noah was so excited to see them because they were a frog. They were not the typical headphones. This was a big deal given Noah’s texture sensitivity to normal headphones. Noah normally wears headphones for about 5 minutes before he wants to take them off, however, Noah made it over an hour in his CozyPhones. These are definitely child approved.

My Review

There are three things that I love about these headphones.
1. They are soft. For someone who is a mother of a rambunctious child this is important. Noah likes to lay down and watch his tablet sometimes and he cannot do this in a comfortable way with other headphones.
2. They are washable. I always want to hear that something that is washable. The speakers come out so the headband can be washed. So if you have a child who is messy (Noah) or one who listens to music while playing a sport you are good to go. I have not had to wash them yet but I will update this post when I do.
3. Do not have to worry about sizing. One of the headaches about buying headphones is if it will fit. With these you can move the speakers so they are over the ears so if you have a child with a small head, big head, or they are just in-between the headphones fit.

7/2/2016 (update)
Noah has stopped coughing and throwing up it has been a week. He has a doctors appointment next week and it appears I was right Noah did not have a virus. Looks like he was over producing mucus causing coughing and vomiting. After a month of dealing with this I am happy it seems to be over. FYI Noah is still loving the headphones.
